  Never let Kerri near your lady parts!! I don't usually bother writing bad reviews but I feel a sense of duty to warn all the people I can to prevent others from the mutilation I experienced. I booked in for a leg and Brazilian wax. I was attended by a beauty therapist named Kerri, who apparently has been in the industry for many years. The outcome from her waxing me are two lacerations on my labia minori (yes, the lips of my vagina), a very swollen vagina and very bumpy legs as a result of her careless and bad technique!! These cuts on my labia were extremely sore and they were bleeding quite badly. When I pointed out that she'd hurt me she said that it is normal to get some grazing from Brazilian waxing, that it's happened many times. In all my 10years of getting Brazilian waxing done I have never ever experienced such bad results from waxing. This was not just a bit of grazing but 3cm by 2mm lacerations- she ripped off my skin when she waxed me! She is obviously inept and should not perform this treatment ever again. She really tried to down-play my injury and did not apologise for hurting me so badly! I wish I could post a picture so you could see how badly she hurt me. So please please heed my warning and don't risk a Brazilian at her hands!
