Large new premises, abundant well-maintained machinery and efficient air conditioning make this a pleasant place to work out in.

I sliped on the treadmill which was not the fault of the gym however there were 4 staff of which 3 were on the floor and 2 would have seen me fall. I stopped exercising and sat on the lounge, 2 staff were 3 metres away and offered no assistance. I'm 63 and just joined. I expected more.
