  A long-winded application process for any unit, where they do a 'police check' on you and ask questions about who your personal contacts are (you have a right to refuse of course). After finishing the application, I had to ask them to show me how the entry/exit system works - they didn't do that to start with. You also need to give them 2 weeks notice before vacating which is too long, and you need to ask them to give you basic paperwork such as receipts for payments.
